Zingle (now Medallia Concierge) is a messaging platform that enables on-demand mobile customer communication in the hospitality industry. With major hotels such as Hyatt and Wyndham using the technology, the company engaged BMV in 2018 ahead of fundraising efforts to increase awareness and inbound leads.
BMV provided an integrated PR, content marketing, and social media campaign to achieve these two objectives and scale the company through funding rounds and its successful exit. After it was acquired in late 2019 by $5B experience management leader Medallia, BMV continued to support the Medallia Zingle brand through the pandemic and the vast disruption within the hospitality industry.
